We are excited you chose Pro-Line Racing to ship your order. At check-out, we have provided you the following delivery options: Standard 3-5 Day, 2nd, or Next Day. For our International friends, you will have the choice of shipping Priority Mail or Express Mail.
In the event that you have a lost or stolen package please contact your representative or open a support ticket HERE and we will do what we can to help. However, Pro-Line and/or PROTOform does NOT assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Pro-Line does NOT recommend refusing the delivery of purchased goods under any circumstances. We have specific procedures in place to assist all customers with the return and exchange of an item. Refusing a package will increase the amount of time it will take to reach a satisfactory resolution. Refused packages will not be eligible to receive an exchange for a new product. Once the original shipment is returned to our warehouse, it will automatically be processed as a refund of the purchase price LESS the return shipping cost, non-refundable deposits, and international return fees and taxes (if applicable).
